Real Weddings – Catherine’s Wedding at Clevedon Hall

Saturday 28th June marked the very lovely Catherine’s big day. which was being held at Clevedon Hall.

I arrived at 8:30am to do the Hair and Make up for Catherine and her two sisters who were Bridesmaids.

We did Catherine’s trial back in April and decided we were going to keep it fairly natural with a subtle smoky eye using browns and a few hints of gold, I used a mixture of urban decays Naked 2 and 3 palettes to get the colours we wanted. I kept the skin fairly soft with a medium coverage using Illimasqua’s Skin base foundation. I added a pink blusher and kept the lips super natural with just a coat of Rosy Vaseline!

The bridesmaid left it totally up to me as to what I did so I decided to keep them fairly natural too, I defined the eyes to make them stand out nicely in photos and kept the skin looking fresh with MAC face and body foundation. They also had a coat of rosy vaseline on their lips, all three of these lovelies are really lucky that they have naturally pinky red lips so it was great to take advantage of that and just add a shine to them!

They were being picked up just after 11:30 to go to the church which was just minutes away and then the reception was back at Clevedon hall, the setting is beautiful. The manor house is in the middle of beautiful gardens and you could easily forget you are in the seaside town of clevedon!

Despite the rain and a few grey clouds the bridal party were extremely calm and kept me entertained all morning! I know the sun came out as I was leaving so that definitely put a smile on everyone’s faces!

I wish Catherine a lifetime of happiness, I hope your day was amazing and it was a pleasure being part of it.

Stay Gorgeous

Grace xoxo
